Exciting live entertainment is back and alive at Hard Rock Cafe, featuring some of the country’s top bands.
Recently, Hard Rock Cafe Manila paid tribute to legendary band, Queen! “We Will Rock You, The Queen Tribute Night” featured all-time hits of this inimitable British band- a mix of glam rock heavy metal and camp theatrics. Think Bohemian Rhapsody, We Are The Champions, Another One Bites The Dust, and more! Lockdown, Innervoices, and Bluegrass performed last September 13 at Hard Rock S’Maison, Conrad Manila. Guests sang along to their favorites like a true rock star, just like Queen.
Meanwhile, Hard Rock Cafe Makati at Glorietta followed suit with its just concluded “The Beatles Tribute Night” on September 30, with live music by Love Me Dudes. From “Hey Jude” to “Let It Be”, the band covered all the favorite Beatles tunes.
Bar bites, entrées, cocktails and more
As if you needed a new reason to visit Hard Rock Cafe, the restaurant recently announced that new dishes, drinks, and merchandise just dropped at its branches at Glorietta 3 and Conrad S’Maison.
Add Hard Bar Bites and a delicious salad to your classic favorites to tease your appetite: Chicken Lollipops, Crispy Crablets, Crispy Dumplings, Asian Spring Rolls, and Steak Salad.
Proceed with their Legendary Burgers in two flavors: The Surf & Turf Burger for meat lovers (signature steak burger topped with One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp on a bed of spicy slaw) and the Southern Fish Fillet for those partial to fish (beer-battered Dory, American cheese, cucumber, mayonnaise, tartar relish, lemon wedge, and potato chips in a moist bun).
Then there’s the Aloha Sunshine Flatbread for a tropical feel. Crunchy flatbread, topped with mozzarella, cheddar and parmesan cheeses, bacon, bell peppers, onion, and pineapple.
Enter the new entrees: Tom Yum (mussels, clams, shrimps, tomatoes, chili, cilantro, lemon grass); and Beef Hofan (sliced beef, hofan noodles, garlic, ginger, onions, bok choy, bean sprouts, chili flakes) and a new addition to the Rockin’ Rice Meals: Korean Spicy Wings (Chicken wings in Korean sauce served with kimchi rice).
To round out the new menu is Mix Mix, the restaurant’s cool take on the classic Halo-halo.
Alongside the launch of these new dishes are handcrafted new cocktails: Blood Orange (Jim Beam, blood orange Monin, sweet & sour mix); Hibiscus Blackberry Spritz (vodka, blackberry Monin, hibiscus Monin, hibiscus tea, lemon lime soda); Piña Colada (rum, pineapple juice, piña colada mix); Appletini (vodka, apple Monin, sweet & sour mix); Peach Basil Mule (vodka, peach Monin, lime juice, ginger beer, peaches, basil); Lavender Haze (gin, lavender Monin, soda water, sweet & sour mix); and Apple Ginger Mojito (white rum, fresh ginger, green apple Monin, soda water, mint, lime)
