WorldHotels congratulates its members in Asia Pacific for their amazing achievement of acquiring international gastronomy awards. Three hotels in key destinations were recognised for their outstanding culinary expertise, setting a new milestone for the hotels to further enhance their guest experiences.
The Royal Garden, Hong Kong
Dong Lai Shun has been awarded the status of Forbes Travel Guide 4-Star restaurant for the fourth consecutive year in a row, validation that allows ‘Dong Lai Shun’ to proudly stand shoulder to shoulder amongst the finest restaurants in the world. This world-class award is a top achievement as it is ranked by Forbes Travel Guide’s incognito inspectors evaluating the venue based on up to 900 objective standards. The Royal Garden invited Dong Lai Shun to launch their first Hong Kongbranch in June 2004. Now, Dong Lai Shun is one of the finest restaurants in town specialising Huaiyang cuisine, Sichuan spicy dishes and classic Beijing Dim Sum. New creations and seasonal recipes are also curated from time-to-time.
Sabatini Ristorante Italiano has retained an honourable Forbes Travel Guide 4-Star restaurant rating for the second consecutive year.
The restaurant opened its first Southeast Asia outlet in The Royal Garden, in November 1992.
