Rico’s Lechon’s Manila debut, and the arrival of its famed cooks and roasting team from Cebu was met with much anticipation and lip-smacking fanfare during its exclusive unveiling and food tasting feast on July 31 at The Fort Entertainment Complex in Bonifacio Global City.
And while everyone couldn’t wait to gorge on their renowned Cebu lechon, we were all delighted to learn that Rico’s Lechon’s menu is filled with equally sumptuous Filipino favorites, such as the Fried Rice Trio which contains three kinds of dried fish: danggit, tuyo, and tinapa; Seafood Kare-Kare, Crispy Feetchon, Sizzling Lechon Sisig, Pusit na Pinaputok, Cucumansi – a refreshing juice mix of cucumber and calamansi, and the best-seller sauce, Sukalami.
