For Php 3,000net, diners will enjoy a starter of fresh oysters in a piquant watermelon vinaigrette; a Terrine de foie gras canard [duck foie gras terrine] served with candied walnuts and champagne jelly; steamed salmon over basil pappardelle and fresh asparagus; a medallion of Black Angus beef with garlic confit and a savory port reduction; and a white chocolate strawberry dacquoise to cap off the meal.
