Enjoy a pre-Christmas movie evening as the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Manila invites everyone to the Christmas special movie screening of Anděl Páně 2 (Angel of the Lord 2) on December 13, 2017 at Cinematheque Centre Manila, 855 T.M. Kalaw St. Ermita, Manila.
Anděl Páně 2 is the most recent blockbuster Czech Christmas movie. This award-winning fairytale comedy for the whole family was highly recognized at the Czech Lion Awards as Best Czech Film.
It tells the story of angel Petronel who works at Heaven’s Door but is convinced by his eternal tempter, the devil Uriah that he deserves a better job. After a series of both human and divine trials, our heroes discover that the true route to knowledge lies in knowing one’s own self, in discovering the power of friendship, love and the will to forgive.
The screening starts at 6:30p.m. Admission is free. First come, first served.
