AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Propels Countryside Development with Pampanga Technopark

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) held an Appreciation Night for locators, investors, and partners of its Pampanga Technopark development, a visionary 270-hectare industrial township shaping the future of Central Luzon.

The project to bring about Pampanga Technopark was conceived in 2019 with the goal of expanding ALLHC’s industrial estate footprint to the north of Metro Manila. Over the course of the past couple of years, however, the team saw Pampanga Technopark’s potential to become more than solely just an industrial estate. Patrick C. Avilla furthered, “And so, we’ve revised and fine-tuned, plan after plan, until we reached a concept that is a first for ALLHC: Pampanga Technopark as the first master-planned industrial township in Central Luzon that integrates agro hub, commercial, and mixed-use components.”

The affair was led by ALLHC executives including Robert S. Lao, President and Chief Executive Officer; Patrick C. Avila, Chief Operating Officer; Gabriel Luis Sioson, Head of Industrial Parks and Real Estate Logistics; and Francis M. Montojo, Chief Finance Officer. Rowena M. Tomeldan also represented Unity Realty & Development Corp. (URDC) as the group’s Director, along with the support of Hon. Crisostomo C. Garbo, Mabalacat City Mayor, and Hon. Mylyn Pineda, Pampanga Board Member, who represented Gov. Dennis G. Pineda, the Governor of the Province of Pampanga.

“All these are set to contribute and align with the government’s push for countryside development and industrialization – And Pampanga Technopark is in a strategic position and location to help drive economic activity in the region,” continued Robert S. Lao.

Prominent guests in attendance included Maritel Nievera, Dean Dayao, and Ian Tiongson of Cabalen; Scott Tan, Gerald Tiu, and Dylan Hu of Scottland Food Group Corp.; Atty. Carmen Basallo and Atty. Marvin de Leon of Max’s Group Inc.; Rea Lactao, Trisha Lactao, and Crescia Lactao of Annex Digital Inc.; Jimmy Ting of JSZ Land Corp; German Maningas, Chona Maningas, Noel Maningas, Edwin Maningas, Ermelita Maningas Andrade, Erick Maningas, Orson Vera Cruz, and Gilzael Vida of GM Maningas Construction Inc.; Cecile Dela Paz and Angie Maniacup of Sonak Holdings Corp; Melvin Lim, Paolo Lim and Carlo Lim of CosmoLand Real Estate Development Corp.; and Genevive Lim of Fiveleaf Equity Corp.
