Asian Eye Institute opened a new clinic at the second floor of Rockwell Santolan Town Plaza in San Juan City. Patients can expect to receive the same world-class quality care they are accustomed to at this accessible location. Available services include checkups, diagnostic testing, and an optical shop.
Mr. Ben Liboro, the president of the company expresses his delight about the opening of this location. “We’re very excited to be part of the San Juan community. Instead of driving all the way to our Rockwell Makati clinic for a checkup, they can enjoy the comfort and convenience of visiting us here. As part of Santolan Town Plaza, our patients can run errands, eat, watch a movie or stroll around before or after their checkup.”
The opening ceremonies were led by Asian Eye Chairman of the Executive Committee Mr. Joaquin Quintos IV, President Mr. Benjamin Liboro and Chief Operating Officer Mr. Alwin Sta. Rosa.
This clinic provides comprehensive eye exams and a full scope of diagnostic testing. Meanwhile, its optical shop offers a selection of trendy, imported frames and specialized products, such as Ortho-K contact lenses that corrects vision while sleeping, Myovision lenses that helps prevent rapid increase of nearsightedness in children ages 6 to 12 years old, and performance eyewear with prescription eye grade for those who live an active lifestyle.
As the official clinic partner of Zeiss lenses in the Philippines, Asian Eye also offers Zeiss lenses that are customized to suit specific vision needs – Office Lenses for relaxed and clear vision for near to intermediate distance vision, Digital Lenses for stress-free and eye strain free gadget use, and DriveSave Lenses for safe and comfortable long drives. Another popular choice is PhotoFusion Lenses by Zeiss. They are photochromic lenses, which means that they darken when exposed to light and protect the wearer from UV rays. PhotoFusion is latest in technology for adaptive lenses – they darken and fade back to clear lenses faster than previously released Zeiss photochromic lenses.
It also features an in-store optical laboratory, where patients can get a sneak peek into how the latest in lens technology allows a certified optical technician to quickly and accurately customize lenses when you buy a pair of glasses.
The clinic is the third branch that Asian Eye opened this year. It formally launched its EyeSite brand inside the St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center (SFCMC), and in SM City Batangas in April and June, respectively. Mr. Sta. Rosa quips, “With our continuous expansion, we hope to offer our patients the same level of high quality service and compassionate care with better accessibility and more convenience.”
