Amorita Resort, the multi-award-winning luxury destination in Panglao Island, has been recognized by the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) as a Certified Guest Service Property, becoming the first hotel in Bohol to receive this prestigious institution award.
In line with its continuous efforts to enhance customer service, Amorita Resort provided thirty of its frontline staff with a Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) training from AHLEI. The CGSP training program is designed to enhance the employees’ skills in guest services, which includes exceeding customer expectations and providing personalized service.
Guest service professional and trainer Ms. June Lucero-Antonio, CGSP, and Asia World Hospitality Executive Director Ms. Machi Borja, CGSP, facilitated this hospitality service training at Amorita last September 19-21, 2018. All of the participants passed the certification examination with flying colors.

“Being named a Certified Guest Service Property is a testament of our continued drive for excellence, and in delivering the highest quality of service and guest experience,” said Atty. Lucas Niccolo “Nikki” Cauton III, CEO of One-of Collection, the boutique hotel management group that operates Amorita Resort.
Amorita has been known to provide excellent personalized service to its guests. The resort won Conde Nast Best in Service in the past and has consistently been nominated in other awards for its signature world-class hospitality.
