AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) acquired a ready-built facility last 4 February ALLHC will assume ownership of the existing operating facility and will fall under ALLHC’s warehouse leasing brand, ALogis.
The warehouse facility is located within Light Industry & Science Park III in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. LISP III is accessible from Manila via the South Luzon Expressway (SLEx), just 2.5km away from the facility. It is likewise in close proximity from the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR Tollway).
Accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), the facility currently serves lessee companies in the manufacturing and logistics industries.
Being ALLHC’s first industrial property in Batangas, the facility will be named ALogis Sto. Tomas, adding 64,000 square meters (sqm) of warehouse gross leasable area (GLA) to ALLHC’s portfolio. With this acquisition, ALLHC presently has 288,000 sqm of leasable industrial space across its now 6 key locations.
