Unveiling KitchenAid Cookware: A Live Culinary Presentation  by Chef JP Anglo 

KitchenAid Cookware was put to the test at the official launch event held at Sarsá Kitchen + Bar in Rada, Makati. Award-winning Chef JP Anglo, renowned for his innovative approach to Filipino and Asian cuisine, led a live cooking demonstration featuring restaurant-quality dishes masterfully prepared using select items from the collection. 

Three mouthwatering savory dishes were prepared:

First, Chef JP used the Wok from the Classic Forged Aluminum collection to create velvety salted egg prawns paired with fragrant egg fried rice. Following this, he turned to the Casserole from the Multiply Stainless Steel collection, whipping up melt-in-your-mouth braised beef short ribs kaldereta—a homage to homegrown flavors. Finally, he chose the Sauce Pan from the Steel Core Enamel collection to whip up a decadent chorizo truffle cheese and runny eggs on toast. 

Throughout the cooking process, Chef JP showcased the versatility and durability of KitchenAid Cookware, demonstrating its fast, even heating, and ease of use that elevate every dish to perfection.
